I have sent in my application for the BetterU Challenge! I feel excited and hopeful! I feel like I could get my blood pressure under control and stop my cholesterol uphill climb with a little guidance! I want the young girls in my life to see Aunt Jenny being strong and taking care of herself!

I would love to participate in this. I have a crazy Realtor/comic/actor schedule and have lousy eating and exercise habits. I helped move my in-laws home last week and was mortified at how incredibly out of shape I am. I am going to do something about that.

I am overweight by several pounds. I weigh 239 lbs. and I would like to loose a large portion of it, but I have difficulty stopping for budget friendly lunches or getting out of work in time to exercise. Would like to work with someone who is able to help me make the change into a healthier lifestyle. My name is Nicole Malcom (785) 250-5627
